LN Sys. Administrator

Overview description of the job:

You will be responsible for ensuring world-class managed services support for worldwide customers, closely cooperate with different internal teams from Infor Global Support, Technical and Functional Support as well as Development Team and Project Managers.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

- View the client system environment holistically to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Document issues clearly and concisely in the ticket management tool
- Analyze and interpret client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required
- Analyze customers' business requirements and objectives and develop business processes to meet customers' business needs
- Work as an integral part of the Global IMS Delivery Team - recommending innovations and process improvements that will make overall delivery more efficient

Required skills:

- Experience in LN ERP Installations, Configurations, Migrations, Integrations & Administration.
- Hands on experience on ERP LN Tools Modules.
- Working knowledge on LN Cloud Suite like CSIE
- Working knowledge on any RDBMS such as SQL/Oracle
- Very Good Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to write clear documentation of operating procedures
- Any Scripting Knowledge for Automations will be added Advantage.

Preferred skills:

- 4+ years of experience in: LN tools/ Business intelligence/ IIS/ ION/Infor OS/IDM/Web Applications Administration/Factory Track Administration.
- Knowledge of authentication methodologies: Active Directory, Radius, Kerberos, or LDAP
- Working knowledge on OS platforms such as (Windows and Unix)
- Experience in Shell scripts, Perl, AWK is value add
- Working knowledge on IDM and Data Fabric/DataLake will be value add
- Interpersonal skills (positive attitude, empathy, proactiveness, reliability and adaptability).
- Working knowledge on AWS.
