**Job Purpose (Job Summary)**:
Cloud Technical Engineer shall be seasoned in supporting and administering any of the Cloud environments like Oracle Cloud, Workday, AWS, Snowflake etc. Responsibilities include supporting the Oracle Cloud, Workday, Snowflake environments. Job requirements include Cloud administration activities.

**Key Responsibilities / Duties**:
1. Provide 24x7 escalation support for on-call issues. Coordinate with management as appropriate.

2. Support Business Continuity exercises.

3. Experienced in Cloud Technical aspects

4. IDCS Administration, performance analysis, regression testing

5. Working on Service Requests with vendors for cloud solutions.

8. Effectively communicate support activities with other Invesco support teams and clients.

10. Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, evaluate controls to help mitigate negative outcomes through prevention, detection and correction - SOX compliance etc

**Work Experience / Knowledge**:

- 5+ years of work experience with Oracle SaaS Cloud environment. Extensive knowledge Patch Analysis, job scheduling, Cloud Administration and “Service Request” escalation procedures required. Preferences will be given for experience with other Oracle products and relational database management systems. Strong oral and written communications skills are critical.

**Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required**:
Exceptional ability in diagnosing and solving information system problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Competent interpersonal skills: including ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources; ability to effectively interact and communicate with a variety of individuals at all technical levels is required. Must possess a solid understanding of software and/or hardware systems used in assigned area. Must have the ability to manage projects, establish priorities, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced and demanding work environment. The ability to influence others so that objectives are met is required. The ability to cooperate in a team environment is critical.

**Formal Education**:(minimum requirement to perform job duties)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

**Working Conditions**:

- Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment in the role.
- Hours may include evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hour a day on call support
