Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.
- Set up and operate a variety of machine tools (e.g., lathes, grinders, milling machines, CNC equipment) to produce precision tools and dies.
- Assemble and test completed tools and dies for proper operation and compliance with specifications.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing tools and dies as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure parts meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tooling performance and resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of tool and die maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in Tool and Die Making preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using manual and CNC machine tools.
- Strong knowledge of materials, heat treatment processes, and machining techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹8,444.12 - ₹43,140.19 per month
