**Key Role and Responsibilities**:

- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Continuos monitoring of production parameters to be done.
- Setup : Set up molds and machines according to production specifications, including calibrating machines for different materials and molds. Ensuring that mould loading is done in very safe and delicate manner always.
- Quality Control: Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Make adjustments to the machine settings if needed.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning molds, checking for wear and tear, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Moulds to be always maintained in neat condition.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix problems that arise during the molding process, such as issues with the machine, mold, or material.
- Material Handling: Load raw plastic materials into the machine and ensure consistent material supply during production.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, material usage, and any issues encountered.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Ensure that all safety devices on the machines are functioning properly

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
