**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate injection moulding machines according to production schedules.
- Install and change moulds and tools as per job order.
- Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.) to optimize production output and minimize defects.
- Perform first-piece inspections and conduct in-process quality checks.
- Monitor the production process and take corrective actions for any abnormalities.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical or process issues on machines.
- Ensure moulds, machines, and work areas are cleaned and maintained properly.
- Maintain daily production logs and report shift output.
- Follow safety, quality, and operational guidelines at all times.
- Work closely with the maintenance and quality teams when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding operations.
- Knowledge of different plastic materials (e.g., PP, ABS, Nylon, PC, etc.) and their processing characteristics.
- Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and job orders.
- Good understanding of mould setting and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Physically fit and able to work in shift-based operations.

Pay: ₹8,927.49 - ₹25,041.59 per month
