**Atmasantosh Foundation (ASF) **is a non-profit organization based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, dedicated to promoting education, health, and rural development. Our mission is to empower children from low-income communities to pursue their dreams, increase health and wellness literacy, and bridge the gap between rural and urban living standards.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- _Curriculum development:_ Design and deliver a curriculum focused on essential life skills and career guidance tailored to student needs
- _Workshop facilitation and training on topics covering:_
- Personal and social skills such as self-confidence, communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, teamwork, time management, and conflict resolution
- Academic strategies including study techniques, exam stress management, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Financial literacy including budgeting, saving skills, and general financial management for future independence
- _Learning environment: _Create a supportive and interactive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation
- _Progress monitoring: _Regularly assess and report on students’ progress, as well as provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement
- _Collaboration: _Work closely with teachers and school staff to integrate life skills into the broader educational framework
- _Additional duties: _Perform other responsibilities as assigned

**Qualification**
- _Education background: _Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field from a recognized university
- _Certifications:_ Relevant certification in life skills training or career counseling from recognized institutions (NSDC, NICEC, IICC)
- _Experience: 1_+ years of demonstrated success in teaching life skills or providing career guidance, with a proven ability to engage students effectively
- _Language proficiency: _Spoken and written proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of effective life skills training methodologies
- Experience in mentoring students on overall development and career planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Creative approach to lesson planning and adapting diverse teaching methods
- Basic computer proficiency in software such as MS Office
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with team

**Report To**:Administration Coordinator/Program Manager

**Location**: Jhagadia, Gujarat

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
