**Job Highlights**:

- Meeting shift targets and handling day to day production activities with due consideration to safety
- Effective supervision of shift personnel and detailed shift reporting
- Man-Machine management & decision making in his area during the shifts
- Follow up for maintenance jobs in shifts.
- Efficient utilization of energies, its monitoring.
- Ensure assets utilization at its fullest capacity and monitoring cycle times.
- Ideas for process improvements and cost savings proposals.
- Participation in implementing various Managements systems like ISO, meeting compliance audits (internal / external as applicable/cross functional) etc.
- Aware about HAZOP study, JSA, Risk assessment & must be acquainted with P & ID’s.
- Managing documents like SOP & formats, work instructions etc.
- Handle emergency situations & inform the superiors for any deviation, act as an incident controller in absence of SMC - Site Main Controller.
- Preferred high pressure reaction experience.

**Requirements**:

- B E or B Tech in Chemical Engineering
- 6-9 years of experience in chemical industries
- Good Communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP added advantage
