**Process Documentation Role with leading Bank**

Roles and Responsibilities:

EGRC Process Management covering Process Review, Triangulation & Rationalization (For all units across the Bank):
- SOP, Manuals, CMCs, Process flows to be reviewed in line with the products offered to the Customers
- Review of the live process followed on ground
- Process life-cycle walkthrough for each product
- Drive comparison of the walkthrough outcome with EGRC process flows and approved manuals / SOPs / CMCs /OASs and submission of Gap Log to the Assessment Units for remediation (process modification & CMC regularization)
- Review of the cured process flows and ratified CMCs with the Gap Log to ensure remediation
- Grouping of similar processes as per process lifecycle into a unified process document
- Indexing of the final set of processes connecting multiple products and create end to end product journeys
