Managing the Area in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration. Build a high Quality portfolio for the Area Responsible to Achieve targeted for the Branches in the Area. Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed of the Area Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity for Branch Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results Hand holding team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers to achieve desired targets Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies. Responsible for training team members on product & handhold Number of years of experience (5-15 Years ) Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large Bank Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sales & Collection side in Housing Finance /Loan against property/Business Loan) Languages (Hindi/English) Computer/technical skills (Handy with Basic Microsoft office) Qualifications: Graduation: (Any Stream) Post-graduation: (MBA Preferred) Professional Qualifications: Graduate & Above Certifications (please specify):
