**Job Summary**: As a Building Management System (BMS) Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the building's BMS. You will ensure that all systems are functioning properly to maintain optimal building performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort. Your role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the BMS, as well as coordinating with other building personnel to address any issues that arise.

**Responsibilities**:

- **BMS Monitoring**: Monitor the building's BMS to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and within set parameters.
- **System Maintenance**: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks on BMS components, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and interfaces.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions in the BMS, and take appropriate corrective actions to resolve them promptly.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
