**Job Title: PGT Physics Teacher**

**Location**: Sarjapur-Marathahalli Road, Bangalore

**Salary**: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000

**Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience as a PGT Physics Teacher

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Joining Date**: Immediate

**Classes: 9-12th std**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver in-depth Physics lessons to senior secondary students (11th and 12th grades).
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets educational standards and caters to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to make complex Physics concepts understandable and engaging.
- Assess and document students' progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams by providing rigorous academic training and support.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love for Physics and encourages inquiry and exploration.
- Utilize modern technology and teaching tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Stay updated with developments in the field of Physics education and integrate relevant practices into teaching.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Physics (MSc).
- Bachelor of Education (BEd).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a PGT Physics Teacher.
- Strong knowledge of Physics curriculum and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
