Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Teaching: Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate and/or graduate courses in electrical and computer engineering, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience for students. Develop course materials, syllabi, and assessments that align with program and department objectives. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

Research: Conduct innovative and impactful research in electrical and computer engineering, actively seeking external funding and publishing scholarly articles in reputable journals and conference proceedings. Collaborate with colleagues, both within the department and across disciplines, to advance knowledge in your area of expertise. Supervise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in research projects.

Advising: Provide academic guidance and mentoring to undergraduate and graduate students, including assisting with course selection, research opportunities, and career development. Serve as a thesis or dissertation advisor for graduate students and participate in academic committees as required.

Service: Contribute to the department's service activities by participating in faculty meetings, serving on departmental and university committees, and engaging in professional development activities. Collaborate with industry partners and engage in outreach activities to promote the department's programs and enhance its visibility.

Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in electrical and computer engineering through continuous professional development, attending conferences, workshops, and seminars. Maintain an active network of professional contacts and collaborations within academia and industry.

Qualifications:
Research Record: A track record of research excellence demonstrated through publications in reputable journals and conferences. Experience in securing external research funding will be an advantage.

Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses is preferred. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex engineering concepts to students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.

Collaboration and Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, industry partners, and students. Leadership potential and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse academic environment.

Professional Engagement: Active involvement in professional organizations, committees, or societies related to electrical and computer engineering.

Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present research findings, write scholarly articles, and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.

**Salary**: ₹18,600.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
