**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Career Counselor** to join our admissions team. Your primary role is to **handle incoming calls**, understand the caller's career goals, **explain suitable courses**, and **convert leads into enrollments**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend incoming calls from potential students and working professionals.
- Understand their career goals, skill levels, and interest areas.
- Suggest the most relevant course(s) offered by Fulcrum Institute
- Provide complete course details including duration, fees, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Meet or exceed monthly conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the trainers and admin team for smooth onboarding.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English and Tamil (or local language).
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).
- Knowledge about IT/software training is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree (Diploma or UG/PG - any stream).
- Sales or counseling experience preferred but not mandatory.
