**General Administration**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure compliance with hospital SOPs.
- Manage housekeeping, security, transport, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure availability of hospital stationery, utilities, and equipment.
**Staff Coordination**
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and duty rosters.
- Support HR in onboarding and training processes.
- Act as a point of contact between management and staff for operational updates.
**Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain and update hospital records, licenses, and statutory documents.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely filing and storage of important documents.
**Vendor & Inventory Management**
- Handle procurement of supplies, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate with vendors and maintain contracts/agreements.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain records for consumables and equipment.
**Patient & Visitor Support**
- Oversee reception and front desk operations.
- Ensure patient feedback and grievance handling is documented and resolved.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and comfort for patients and visitors.
**Financial & Administrative Support**
- Support billing, petty cash handling, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with finance team for vendor payments and reimbursements.
- Assist management with administrative reports and MIS.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
