**Role**:MI Analyst

**Function**:HR Operations

**Location**:Mumbai, Permenant Remote

**Role Objective**:
To provide information for decision-making on planning, initiating, organizing, and controlling the operations of the subsystems of the firm and to provide a synergistic organization in the process, to undertake variance analysis for processes and provide decision-making MI’s.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Review & publish daily, weekly and monthly MI reports with 100% accuracy within TAT
- Train Executives on processes and procedures for developing new reports
- Drive continuous improvement in theforecasting process and methodology
- People Management will be an added advantage for MI team
- Proactively monitor associate behaviours, efficiency, and availability and report deficiencies to operations team
- Design and develop metrics, reports and analyses to drive key business decisions
- Strong task prioritization skills in addition to good statistical and critical thinking skills
- To maximize relationships and awareness with functional opposites (Internal & External Stakeholders and Support team)
- Validate and improve the current processes of generating management information for clients and the business
- To communicate ideas for the development and further streamlining of processes and procedures in relation to the remit of MI function.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong Analytical skillset & business intuition
- Monitor and analyze volume patterns, intra
- and inter-day activity and make adjustment as needed in future schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
- Monitor workflow to plan work schedule as per the SLA requirement and the volumes forecasted
- Create & refine MI process to ensure achievement of highest service level, adherence and other financially impacting goals, using projections and historical information
- Direct the utilization of forecasting methods to deliver and monitor forecast accuracy
- Continually seek, report, evaluate, and make recommendations to leadership to improve forecasting processes
- Experience of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools including data modelling and transformation
- Direct the utilization of forecasting methods to deliver and monitor forecast accuracy
- Experience of Workday reporting or Workday business processes
- Knowledge of Python programming language
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills (able to develop and produce meaningful reports from multiple streams of data)
- Excellent communications skills; Verbal & written
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent prioritization skills (able to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time)
- Good time management and organizational abilities
- Poised and self-confident (not afraid to ask questions or speak-up)
- Enjoys high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment
- MS Access experience desirable

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
