A coordinator supports in developing strategies and programs to support the initiative Lead. At RoundGlass, coordinators will assist in administrative procedures as required by the rules and regulations of the organization. They will help in implementation of RGF plans. Maintain day to day communication between RGF and village panchayats.

**What you’ll do**:

- Should be an expert in raising tree saplings from cutting, seeds and air layering.
- Should be expert in raising fruit trees from root stocks.
- Able to do loading and unloading of trees species
- Able to provide provision of seed packs (packet of seed plus plastic pots), and also packets of seed, plastic pots, cuttings, etc.
- Able to plant area to demonstrate tree-planting, planting models (boundary planting, hedging, intercropping) and tree management (coppicing pollarding).
- Able to participates in planting and transplanting of trees.
- Should be able to do cultivating, fertilizing, pruning, planting, care and maintenance of plants and trees in nurseries and tree farms

**Who we’re looking for**:

- B.A/ B. Com or an equivalent degree with 0-2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with tech and start-up environment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High execution excellence
- Self-starter with ability to motivate self and others
- Ability to learn on the go
