We are looking for anexperienced Plant Head to lead our non-veg operations, ensuring high efficiency, compliance, andconsistent product quality.OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLETo lead, manage, and optimize all manufacturing operations at the plant to achieve the highest levelsof productivity, product quality, cost efficiency, and safety. The Plant Head will be responsible fordriving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintainingcustomer service levels, and building a culture of discipline, continuous improvement, and teamperformance aligned with the business goals of Chatha Foods Limited.Role OverviewThe Plant Head –will oversee the full scope of production, engineering, QA, SCM, and HR functions,driving manufacturing excellence, food safety, and profitability.
