We are looking for an organized sales and marketing assistant in the advertising and selling of our company's Cattle feed products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.

**Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities**:

- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Ensuring that the sales meets their quotas and goals.
- Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

**Sales Executive Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience in marketing and sales.
- Experience in Dairy Cattle feed e.g Cotton seed oil cake product.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Willing to work remotely.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Follow sales target.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 5 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 5 years (preferred)
