Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and strategizing to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts. The role also involves providing customer feedback to the product development team and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze sales data
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the customer service or call center industry is a plus
