**Core Responsibilities**

1. **Production Planning & Execution**
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and communicate them to the team.
- Assign responsibilities, prepare shift schedules, and manage workflow to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee manufacturing and dispatching processes, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline commitments.

2. **Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement**
- Detect inefficiencies, identify root causes of non-conformances (NCs) and customer complaints, and implement countermeasures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing techniques and 5S principles on the shop floor.
- Encourage employees to contribute improvement ideas and create a high-performance work culture.

3. **Equipment Maintenance & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Train new employees on safe machine operations and workplace procedures.
- Enforce strict adherence to company safety guidelines and industry compliance standards.

4. **Quality Control & Reporting**
- Conduct verification checks on production output to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Inspect products before dispatch to verify accurate labelling and record-keeping.

5. **Workforce Management & Supervision**
- Guide, train, and coach employees while monitoring their productivity and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Carries out periodical appraisal of their performance
- Conduct shift briefings using visual management tools to align teams on quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
- Prepare leave schedules to maintain adequate manpower without affecting production targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
