Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
- Maintaining daily, week, monthly and quarterly MIS reports
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality
- Some activities:

- Dashboard files which serves as a snapshot to review fleet performance
- Generate Weekly Pay-out sheets of Drivers.
- Handling Driver Pay-out Queries & Adjustments if required
- Ad-Hoc Reporting.
- Make Servicing Reports
- Make Driver Attrition Reports
- Presenting various analysis and reports to the management as and when required.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to solve complex problems
- Business process monitoring and optimisation

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Google studio), databases (SQL etc.), Advanced Excel skills
- Efficiency in using Google sheets to build dashboards and publish reports with relevant excel functions
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in database management.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:
