1. **Brand Communication**: Act as a brand ambassador and ensure effective communication between the company and key clients, representing the brand's values and product offerings.

2. **Merchandising Coordination**: Collaborate with the merchandising team to oversee product development, sampling, and ensure timely deliveries according to client expectations.

3. **Involvement in the Whole Apparel Process**: Be actively involved in every stage of the apparel manufacturing process, from design and production to quality control, ensuring products meet client standards.

4. **Point of Contact (POC)**: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any questions or concerns and maintaining a strong relationship for business continuity.

5. **End-to-End Management**: Manage projects comprehensively, overseeing everything from initial client engagement to final product delivery, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.

6. **Client Requirement to Satisfaction**: Understand and interpret client needs, translating them into actionable tasks to achieve maximum client satisfaction.

7. **End-to-End Transaction Management**: Oversee and facilitate the entire transaction process, including order placements, contract management, and payment follow-ups, to ensure smooth operations.
