Experience Requirements 6 â?? 8 years of experience in SCCM Administrator Essential Duties and Responsibilities: â?¢ Should have strong experience in SCCM 2007 & 2012 / version 1802 1806 1810 & 1902. â?¢ Experience in design and installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager 2007-2012. â?¢ In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation software distribution remote control and other SCCM issues. â?¢ Expertise in SCCM Administration deployment packaging network inventory boundaries installer and network designing. â?¢ Experience in deploying troubleshooting and managing Bit locker encryption on Windows devices. â?¢ Experience in using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM) â?¢ Desktop application management and deployment â?¢ Recommend and implement application and database solutions and enhancements to ensure an improvement in system reliability and performance â?¢ Providing technical guidance to SCCM team and customer â?¢ Provide Tier 3 support â?¢ Server and workstation client management â?¢ SCCM client installation software distribution remote control and other SCCM issues. â?¢ Checking system inboxes for backlogs. â?¢ Checking the site database health â?¢ Periodical health checks of SCCM environment and site backup. â?¢ Preparing customized reports in SCCM console and SQL. â?¢ Strong Primary skills in SCCM CB and Secondary skills on Windows administration. â?¢ Maintain health of the client and remediate computers to ensure the 100% client compliance. â?¢ Security updates/Patch deployment through SCCM Server. â?¢ Installing primary site secondary sites and site servers â?¢ Creating Packages and Collections. â?¢ OSD through SCCM Knowledge. â?¢ Maintaining SCCM Patch activities. â?¢ Performing SCCM Upgrade Soft Skills: â?¢ Thought Process: Able to understand technical concepts and can develop ways to help others learn. Ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to quickly and proactively gain an understanding of the client's business problems and deliver solutions and recommendations to solve. â?¢ Interpersonal: Excellent customer service technical organizational and communication skills - in person and on the phone; effective listening and team orientation. Able to persuade influence and negotiate with staff and vendors in critical situations. Able to motivate others and work cooperatively in a group to achieve common goals.
