**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Process client orders received through various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart).
- Ensure timely updates in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Verify order accuracy, including product details, quantities, and shipping addresses.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to avoid stockouts.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Report discrepancies in inventory or orders to relevant stakeholders.
- **Client Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for e-commerce clients regarding order processing and fulfillment issues.
- Address and resolve client queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide daily and weekly order and inventory reports to clients.
- **Shipping & Logistics**:

- Coordinate with shipping partners for order pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients on delivery statuses.
- Resolve shipping delays, returns, or other logístical issues.
- **System Updates**:

- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and client communications.
- Ensure all updates are logged in the WMS or ERP system.

Pay: ₹10,192.98 - ₹27,159.11 per month
