**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, coordinating with marketplaces, ensuring smooth order processing, and supporting the company’s digital sales strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings on ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and company’s website.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Monitor online orders, coordinate with operations team for timely dispatch, and update order status.
- Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback on ecommerce platforms.
- Analyze sales reports, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing team for online promotions, ads, and campaigns.
- Prepare MIS reports and share ecommerce performance with management.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and assist in onboarding.
- Support in developing strategies to increase online visibility and revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Commerce/Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations (manufacturing or FMCG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data handling, and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,656.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month
