**Job Overview**

This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the high standards our company is known for.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Procurement & Supplier Management**:

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and packaging.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials while adhering to quality standards.
- **Purchase Order Management**:

- Prepare and issue accurate **Purchase Orders (P.O.)**.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Invoice Processing**:

- Verify, process, and manage invoices from suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.
- **Quotations & Inquiries**:

- Handle supplier **quotations** and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a database of competitive quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
- Prepare and submit regular procurement reports to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchase roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
