- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- **Needs Assessment**:Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points, ensuring our services align with their goals.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- **Sales Strategy**:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve client acquisition targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to align client acquisition efforts with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- **Reporting**:Track and report on client acquisition metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **English Proficiency.**:

- Strong understanding of HR services and solutions.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.**:

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
