MODE OF INTERVIEW (DUE TO COVID-19) - 2 ROUNDS OF ONLINE INTERVIEW

**Job Description**:

- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.

**Qualifications and eligibility criteria**:

- 1. Minimum Qualification: BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS
- 2. Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC graduates please do not apply. CVs won't be considered
- 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is MANDATORY.
- 4. Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and powerpoint)
- 5. Freshers
- 6. Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)
- 7. Should have all marksheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, aadhar card, pan card.

Salary Offered:

- 1. Freshers
- 2. Out of boundary location do not apply.
- 3. Proper training will be provided and salary will also be provided during training period.

Shift time:

- Night shift - 5:30 pm to 3:00 am (Mon to Fri), Sat & Sun fixed off
- Benefits:
