**Job Title**: HR Internship.

**SG Gurukul,** a leading digital marketing agency, is offering a dynamic HR Internship opportunity for aspiring HR professionals. As an HR Intern, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- creating job descriptions and sourcing data from various portals and handling them.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires & ensuring retention.
- Aid in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help organize team-building activities.
- Assist in handling HR-related queries from employees and directing them to the appropriate channels.
- Contribute to HR projects, such as policy development and process improvement.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
- Maintaining the smooth flow of communication and relation with management and co-workers.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR team's success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- IMMEDIATE JOINERS NEEDED
- WORK FROM OFFICE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
