Role Description:

- You will be responsible for managing the backend operations of the fashion business, including sourcing raw materials and finished products, coordinating with vendors, maintaining stock flow, and creating compelling in-store visual experiences. This role supports seamless operations between procurement, display, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing:
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for fabrics, trims, accessories, and ready products.

Negotiate pricing, timelines, and quality standards with vendors.

Track and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely supply chain operations.

Visual Merchandising:
Plan and execute in-store visual displays and layouts as per seasonal themes and trends.

Coordinate with store staff to maintain visual standards.

Analyze customer flow and optimize product placements for sales impact.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels across categories and locations.

Assist in purchase planning based on sales trends and seasonality.

Support audits, SKU tracking, GRN/dispatch documentation, and reorders.

Cross-Department Coordination:
Work closely with sales, warehouse, and procurement teams.

Provide timely reports on stock turnover, slow/fast-moving items, and vendor performance.
