Key Tasks and Responsibilities:.
- Allocating and controlling the numbering of documents and drawings produced for each project.
- Working in accordance with applicable project procedures.
- Assisting in completing requests, searches and queries from any project personnel.
- Assisting in preparing and issuing project status/ progress reports.
- Assisting in project close-out and handover/ archiving activities.
- Assisting the commercial manager with filing commercial bids and tenders.
- Checking documents for submission to end client corrections and formatting.
- Circulating documents for review, information or approval.
- Generate Document Control reports periodically and when requested by Project Managers and other ad hoc project-related tasks as assigned by Information Manager or Document Control Supervisor.

Pay: ₹9,315.40 - ₹38,316.67 per month
