**Job Overview**:
The Finance Executive - Controlling is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, with a specific focus on managing Accounts Receivable and grants. This role requires ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, monitoring daily operations, and handling reconciliation processes efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Receivable Management**:

- Oversee the invoicing and receipt issuance process for all delivered services, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Monitor invoices and receipts within the financial system daily.

**Grant Management**:

- Monitor, reconcile, and report on various grants to ensure compliance and proper allocation.
- Prepare and provide necessary documentation to support audit processes.

**Reconciliation Processes**:

- Perform detailed reconciliation tasks, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.

**Operational Monitoring**:

- Carry out daily monitoring of operational aspects, including adherence to cut-off times to maintain operational integrity.
- Verify compliance with guidelines related to key operational metrics.

**Issue Management**:

- Promptly escalate any issues related to financial processes or grants to the appropriate parties for resolution.

**Documentation and Process Management**:

- Manage processes involving corrections or adjustments, including uploading relevant supporting documentation.

**Attendance and Compliance**:

- Address variations in attendance records and ensure compliance through manual adjustments when necessary.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum has 2 years of experience in finance, with an emphasis on accounts receivable and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards related to grant management.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
