Architect & Interior Designer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
1. Making presentation drawings/ tender drawings/ GFC drawings.
2. Present/ Preparation of bill of qualities (civil and interior works).
3. Preparation of perks charts of and project schedule.
4. Site supervision and project management.
5. Coordinating with various contractors/ vendors and design consultants.
6. Interacting with clients/ attending client/site meetings.
7. Creation of 3D views on Sketch-up.
8. Knowledge of 3d visualization and rendering.
9. Certifying bills submitted by various renders and contractors.
10. Interaction with liaising agents on preparation of sanction drawing.
11. Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
12. Managing design projects from concepts developments through to completion.
13. Preparing drawing, Blue prints, specifications and construction documents.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**1.** Degree in architecture or a related field.
**2.** Previous experience as a architect preferred.
**3.** Excellent technical drawing skills.
**4.** Strong communication and project management skills.
**5.** B. arch ( bachelor of architectural/ bachelor of interior designing / B. des ( bachelor of design )
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Interior design: 7 years (preferred)
