**(only FMCG/ Retail sales or working with distributer experienced)**

**LOCATION - Kampala Uganda plant.**

**( WE ARE NOT LOOKING MBA RATHER A HARD CORE SALES PERSON )**

**Experienced in direct selling & payment collection to Retailers for distributer and payment collection.**

**Responsible for not limited to -**

**ACHIEVING SALES TARGET,**

**SALES PROMOTION,**

**FINDING BEST SOUTION FOR ACHIEVING SALES VOLUME**

**COLLECTION OF CASH OR CHECK PAYMENT AND DEPOIT IN BANK ON DAILY BSIS,**

**REPORTING TO THE MANGEMENT**

And a graduate on non graduate and must know English speaking/reading/correspondence.

With minimum 10 + years’ experience preferably with **FMCG distributers** in Sales and marketing.

A good outgoing personality, can do attitude, and able to adopt a multicultural work environment.

Initially joining as the Manager at Kampala, on a later date, your zone can be changed if & when required at the sole discretion of the company.

The validity of this contract is 2 years.

Indian Rupees
- **Salary - 60,000 - 70000 Max. (SAVING PACKAGE )**

Performance bonus - 25,000 on achieving sales target and credit control.

Housing - FREE.BACHLOR SHARING.

Food Allowance - $100 PM.

Medical Allowance - max. 1000

Conveyance - Free.

Mobile Phone - Free.

Work Permit - Free - for 2 years.

Air Fare - One return air ticket after every 2 years

Leave -40 days paid leave after 2 years

Only if your contract is renewed further for 2 years.
