We are Travel Company Based in Pune With Offices at Mumbai,Satara,Sangli,
Job Responsibility:
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Handling customer inquiries (Domestic/International Travel - FIT Inquires & Air ticketing).
- Operations for FIT (Liaising with all suppliers related to travel which include Land arrangements, Airlines, Amadeus and Galileo Systems).
- Visa Documentation Assistance to Customer.
- Customer Relations (Liaising with Customers regarding their reservations and other queries as well as maintaining relations with customers)
- Research and Development (Updating yourself with ongoing research on all products which includes online research, discussions with your superiors, gaining specialist certificates of destinations, keeping an update on latest changes and development in travel industry)
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking air tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
- Collect deposits and balances
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
- Create and update electronic records of clients
- Maintain relationships with key persons
- Keep financial statements and documents.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
