**Telesales Executive - Outbound (1-3 Years Experience)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a prospect database, identifying potential clients for outreach.
- Introduce the company’s range of products and generate interest by scheduling appointments with the Sales Executive.
- Seek feedback from the Sales Executive and the client/prospect after meetings to assess interest and next steps.
- Update and maintain client/prospect records with details of their product interests and engagement history.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions and appointments in the CRM/database.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and data management.
- Follow up with potential clients to build relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize client engagement and collect feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, customer service or a similar role.
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, CRM updates and appointment scheduling.
- A pleasant, customer-friendly attitude with a proactive approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
