We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs to enhance communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence among our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Design & Development**: Create and customize training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises based on student needs.
- **Facilitation & Delivery**: Conduct interactive training sessions using various methodologies like role-playing, group discussions, and practical activities.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Assess participants' skill levels, provide feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and performance metrics.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills training and continuously refine the curriculum.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress, and prepare reports for management review.

**Additional Information**:

- Compensation is offered on a per-lecture (hourly) basis, suitable for working professionals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time
