ROLE DEFINATION : MIS Executive

The MIS Executive is responsible Generating & Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports. Develop and execute data based experiments to increase efficiency of decision making based on the results Responsibility
- Report to MD for all department MIS and Data Analysis. - Track and monitor annual goals of all departments. - Interaction with all team members to boost performance. - Monitor all department objective weekly monthly and quarterly. - To generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports. Generating & Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports - Taking timely feedback from the sales team and then reporting to the marketing team regarding quality of the leads.

Tasks & Activities

Measurement Metrics

Lead V/s visit 10%ratio. - Total talk time of should be 4 hours. - Outbound calls should be of minimum 3mims. - Inbound calls should be of minimum 5mins. - Connected calls should be 120 calls. -Hourly basis min 25calls. -Total talk time of agents should be 4 hours. -All department data should be maintained with 100 % accuracy

Salary up to 25k in hand

Location -Bund Garden, Pune

NOTE -SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WILL NOT BE OFF

1 WEEKLY OFF BETWEEN MONDAY TO THURSDAY
