We have an opportunity available for a Shift Supervisor to join our team in Gurgaon, embedded within the Regional Security Operations Center of a large international technology company. Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Shift Operators.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The ASOC Shift Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the ASOC. This includes but is not limited to the following: ensuring the ASOC team is aware of the daily activities and schedule, troubleshooting equipment problems, writing reports, and briefing leadership on incidents, threats, and relevant situations.
- The ASOC Shift Supervisor will act as the incident leader for business disruptions and crisis management until relieved by the Ops Lead/SOC Manager.
- The ASOC Shift Supervisor will respond to both routine and emergency calls, monitor alarms and video equipment.
- The ASOC Shift Supervisor will dispatch security officers, Emergency Response Teams, facilities personnel, Law Enforcement, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services personnel as required.
- The ASOC Shift Supervisor maintains and quality controls various records of communications and events.
- The ASOC Shift Supervisor will identify the equipment and technical requirements of the Operations Center and be able to manage the replacement or repair of deficient items.
- The ASOC Shift Supervisor uses multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information and intelligence about events that are occurring both domestically and internationally that may impact the Client.
- The ASOC Shift Supervisor receives and disseminates information to appropriate recipients using standardized approved methods.
