**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a Customer Support representative to join our team at Bolster Legal. As a Customer Support professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during night shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review case details provided by case managers or attorneys to determine required medical records and documents.
- Prepare request letters and HIPAA authorization forms in compliance with healthcare regulations and client requirements.
- Follow up with healthcare facilities to ensure timely receipt of requested documents, documenting all communications and progress updates.
- Coordinate with case managers or task assignors to provide updates on record retrieval status and address any additional requirements.
- Confirm the completeness of received records and identify any missing documents or discrepancies, taking necessary steps to obtain any outstanding information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency in medical records retrieval.
- Occasionally, liaise with insurance companies & law enforcement agencies to open claims and obtain traffic collision reports (TCR) as needed.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time night shift position, Monday to Friday.
- Salary range: 20,000k - 25,000k per month.
- Medical insurance benefits provided.
- On-site role based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience.
- Residence located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
