**Job Title** - Customer Support Executive

**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
Data entry and approvals for pick up etc to be coordinated
Ensuring customer gets feedback on faulty kits within TAT
Evaluate the defective reagents returned by the customer. Follow up with QA/ QC team on identifying the reason/ fault for the same.
Going on field for solving the complaints
Claim Settlement
**Qualifications** - B.SC MLT/DMLT
**Experience** - 1 year +
