**AFBC Boiler / Power Plant / 2-3 year Exp.**
- Should have necessary skill in firefighting operation and ready to fight fire, if needed.
- Ensure continuous regular availability of input material/fuel to operate the boiler continuously.
- Ensure optimal and continuous operation of mechanical systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary.
- Ensure safety by monitoring safety equipment, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate steps to suspend operations and solve the problem.
- Inspection of steam line in plant and arrest leakage if any.
- Keep all boiler rooms, related facilities and work areas clean and organized at all times.
- Maintain boiler efficiency at all times.
- Operate and maintain boilers, compressors, water lines, steam lines, valves and all related systems and equipment.
- Perform frequent inspection checks and regular maintenance on boiler systems and related valves, gauges, piping and other equipment.
- Primarily responsible for operating boiler at optimal efficiency.
- Record daily gas readings, feed water tests and other test results.
- Study to keep current on knowledge of all applicable safety laws and regulations in order to ensure full compliance at all times.
- Sustain up-to-date knowledge of developments in relevant technology and make recommendations for overhauls and upgrades.

**Qualification** : 1st Class Boiler Operator Certification is must
