Manufacturing Employee

**Job Summary**:
The manufacturing employee is responsible for assisting in various aspects of the production process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Operating Machinery**: Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- **Assembly**: Assemble components or parts to complete finished products as per production requirements.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for defects or deviations from specifications and report any issues to supervisors.
- **Material Handling**: Handle raw materials, components, and finished products safely and efficiently.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by accurately tracking materials and components used in production.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Clean and maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with machinery and equipment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- **Adherence to Procedures**: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- **Documentation**: Complete production logs, inspection reports, and other documentation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in potentially noisy or dusty environments.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 50 pounds].

**Work Environment**:

- Manufacturing facility with varying temperature and humidity levels.
- Exposure to machinery, moving parts, and potentially hazardous materials.
- Protective gear such as safety glasses, gloves, and earplugs may be required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
