Mozilor is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and other performance marketing initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive growth and ROI
- Conduct research to identify and target new audiences and markets
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools
- Measure progress of and optimize campaigns based on relevant KPI metrics such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement SEM strategies

- Proven track record of driving growth and ROI through performance marketing channels
- Strong understanding of performance marketing best practices and techniques
- Expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing platforms
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and data analysis techniques
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
