**Key responsibilities**:
- Drive research and build a strong understanding of unscripted content on Indian OTTs.-
- Identifying culture and content trends and references that help strengthen our pitches.-
- Conceptualize, plan and execute original content ensuring a high standard of content production throughout.-
- Translate briefs into creative formats that are unique and set OML apart in the market.-
- Initiate ideation and come up with interesting concepts that the team can develop and take out to the market.-
- Evaluate gaps in the market that we can fill with original formats.-
- Service client relationships and manage working-flow between other partners, agencies, creators and vendors.-
- Create visual presentations and present to in-house teams and clients.-
- Work closely with creators on building their brand through unscripted series on OTT platforms, ensuring authenticity of messaging and relevance for the creator audience.-
- Maintain content trackers and content slates with the help of excel and presentation tools (Canva, slides, keynote etc)**Qualifications and Prior Experience**:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in the digital content/TV space/branded content/film in related profiles.-
- Have a holistic understanding of development, execution, workflows, budgets, and have worked on end-to-end production from planning to execution.-
- Are on top of new unscripted content (Indian and International) and love consuming digital content and production trends.-
- Ability to simultaneously work left brain logic and right brain magic driving both business objectives and creative excellence, which is the key to a successful production.-
- You have the ability to adapt to a dynamic landscape and thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environments.- Will be a bonus if you can edit or operate cameras.
