**Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Sanitary Napkins / Hygiene Industry (10+ yrs Sales & Operations)**

**Job Summary**

**Location**: Mumbai (Khar)

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the organization’s overall strategy, business development, and market expansion.
- Drive **sales growth** through effective distribution networks and channel management.
- Manage **end-to-end operations** including procurement, production coordination, and supply chain.
- Oversee **P&L management** with focus on profitability and cost control.
- Build and lead high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and product innovations in the hygiene segment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Represent the company in front of stakeholders, clients, and industry bodies.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**: Minimum **10 years of experience in the sanitary napkins / hygiene products industry** in **sales and operations**.
- Proven leadership experience with strong decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience in managing large teams and scaling businesses.
- Strong understanding of hygiene market trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work from **Mumbai (Khar)**.

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
