**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on the sales floor.
- Understand the customer’s requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current automobile offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
- Negotiate prices, close deals, and prepare sales contracts and documentation.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with the finance department to assist customers with loan and leasing options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and generate reports on sales performance.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automobile sales or a related sales field (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good knowledge of automotive technology and specifications.
- Customer-focused with a strong drive for results.
- Valid driver’s license.
