**Job Title**: Business Development Executive
**Company**: NPOWA Solutions
**Location**: Mangalore (On-site)
**Working Hours**: S-T 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM or as per job demand
**Job Objective**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and account management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer information in CRM tools.
- Females preferred
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the logistics / freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
