**Job Description For - Call Center Executive**

**About Us**:
**J Clean** is a professional laundry and dry cleaning service based in Mundhwa, Pune. We focus on three key principles — **Quality, Pricing, and Schedules** — to deliver a superior customer experience. With our unique **QUAD process**, we ensure high standards at every step, from pickup to delivery.
- Answer incoming calls and help customers with their laundry orders.
- Call customers to confirm or schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Keep track of customer orders and update the team.
- Maintain payment and billing records.
- Help solve basic customer questions or problems.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in **English and Marathi/Hindi** (local languages) are essential.
- Basic knowledge of **accounting and data entry** (Excel or similar software).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills and patience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
