Hiring for the position of Social Media Executive

**Responsibilities**

Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitive insights, and engagement opportunities.
- Analyse social media metrics and insights to optimise content performance and inform future strategies. Influencer Management:

- Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers in our industry to promote our brand and products.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation, content approval, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop creative and authentic content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor influencer campaigns and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders. Content Creation and Curation:.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media content formats and tools to continuously innovate and improve our content strategy.
- Curate user-generated content and leverage it to enhance our brand image and foster community engagement.

Community Engagement:

- Actively engage with our social media followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster meaningful conversations and build relationships with our online community to cultivate brand loyalty and advocacy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail. -Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building. Additional Information

: -This is a full-time position based in Mumbai.
- Occasional travel may be required for events, meetings, or influencer collaborations.
